You can digitally sign your software using LizaJet Installer.
For signing your installation you need a code-signing certificate. You can buy one from a certificate authority like Verisign or Thawte, or create a self-issued certificate yourself.

A digital certificate contains a public key and is accompanied by a private key. With the private key you sign the files in the package. The certificate is included in the package, and with this public key from this certificate the signature of each file is checked directly after the downloading of each individual file in the installation cache.
If something does not match the download mechanism produces an error message.
When you download LizaJet Installer all files are signed by LizaJet, you can see the certificate issued by Thawte. When you run the Setup program from the Internet Explorer this certificate is visible
