About LizaJet Installer development
The development of LizaJet Installer started 4 years ago at the end of 1999, with the development of the Object Pascal Script Engine, and supporting security and transport libraries.  We are developing application software for large West-European customers who wanted to install the software on a very large number of computers (thousands to millions). 
For those customers it is critical to have an installation program that would minimize the cost of their help desk, really helped unadecated end-users to install and upgrade software and that could be fine-tuned to every existing and potential installation situation. That and other requirements like small overhead, and and usability was leading in the development of LizaJet Installer.
But of course we are developers ourselves, so we wanted an installation tool that was a joy to use, easy to master, and easy to extend with additional functionality. 
We are proud and happy that after 4 years of development, we finally succeeded in creating world's  best and most powerful installation tool.

Contacting us by phone is possible, but bear in mind:

  1. Questions regarding payments, invoices, VAT and credit cards are not handled by us, but by SWREG, a UK company.  We pay them to handle this issue, they have the information, experience and know how, they have the necessary contact information.

  2. If you have send us an e-mail we always respond within 24 hours. If you do not hear from us it maybe because you or your ISP have spam blocked us with an incorrect settings of the SPAM filters.

  3. We only give technical support by e-mail, because for most support questions we need precise information. If you purchase a Support and Upgrade Service we will provide you with an URL to get this support.
     

  4. Time differences can make this quite difficult. Our office hours are between 9:00 GMT and 18:00 GMT.
